By placing an order with The Cookie Tin Bakery, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before completing your purchase.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed or if we suspect a fraudulent transaction.
Prices are subject to change without notice. You will always be charged the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.
Shipping
Shipping timeframes shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, losses, or damage caused during transit.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of your order to the carrier. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We're happy to help however we can.
Refunds
Because our products are perishable food items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns.
We will issue a refund or replacement for:
- Orders that arrive visibly damaged or compromised during shipping
- Orders where you received the wrong item
To request a refund or replacement, email us at rchintexas@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo of the issue and your order number. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Cookie Tin Bakery's total liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
