We do not collect or store your credit or debit card information. Payment and billing are processed entirely by Stripe, which handles all card and billing data on our behalf. We never see or retain your full card number.
The contact and billing details you provide — your name, email, phone number, and delivery address — are used only to process your payment, confirm your order, and coordinate the local, in-person delivery of your cookies.

We use your information only to:

- Contact you by email or phone to arrange the local delivery of your order

- Respond to customer service inquiries
- Meet accounting and legal record-keeping requirements
Stripe sends an order receipt to your email address automatically upon payment completion.
How we retain your information
Structured order data (name, email, amounts, item details) is stored securely by Stripe as part of the payment and order record. In addition, order notifications are sent to our business email account, which means copies of your order information — including your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and order details — may be retained in our email archives. We use these records for order fulfillment, customer service, accounting, and legal compliance purposes.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share your information with
We share your information only with the service providers necessary to fulfill your order:
- Stripe — payment and billing processing
Stripe receives only the information it needs to perform its service and is bound by its own privacy policy. We deliver every order ourselves, in person, so we do not share your information with any shipping carrier or third-party delivery service.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising networks, or tracking pixels on this website. No cookies are set for marketing or behavioral profiling purposes.
